How do I return an item?
Returns & Exchanges

Sales by Bargainsavenue.com are made under the following terms & conditions.
GENERAL POLICY
No Returns or Exchanges on "Clearance" items.
Items must be returned in Original Condition with all tags. If they have been worn, washed, or without the tags will not be accepted under any circumstances. A refund will be processed when goods are received and inspected. Items that are not returned in original condition will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. We reserve the right to return items to the customer, without refund, for goods that do not meet these requirements.
NOTE: We offer free returns and only ask for the shipping costs to be paid for the exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Items that are EXCHANGED that were shipped under our FREE shipping option will be charged for the
return shipping. An authorization to charge your credit card is required before the exchange can be made.
Exchanges made due to customer size and color preferences will be made at the shipping expense of the customer.
Please include a note or a copy of this page, along with the return explaining the reason for the return or exchange and authorization for us to charge your card for return shipping.
RETURNS POLICY
Items that are RETURNED for refund will not be refunded the shipping or SH&I charges if payed by the customer.
All orders shipped under our FREE shipping option and returned for refund will be charged the full shipping charge
incurred by Bargains Avenue.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable will be charged to re-ship. Refunds will not be made for shipping
or insurance charges unless the return was a fault of BargainsAvenue.com
International orders will be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. Returns authorizations must be requested via e-mail at:
