How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the items you purchase but typically 1 item
to Europe or Asia is $33 for First Class Mail (1 Item Only) and approximately $55 for Priority Mail (2+ items) with ea additional item approximately $7.
US orders
over $100 qualify free shipping excluding APO, Hawaii, and Alaska. To get an accurate quote please add the items you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout. Once you enter your shipping information you can select the button "Get Shipping Rates" and you will be provided a quote.
What does the order status "In Process" mean?
"Processing" means that your order has been received.?
Please be aware that some items that are notated "Special Order," which means it
can take an additional 12-14 business days.? You may always call our Customer
Service number at 714-868-6619 for any questions or concerns with your order.
Why can't I checkout?
When checking out please make sure that all required fields are
completed. For international transactions some credit card companies will require you to contact them to approve the payment (error 15501) but once you contact them they will allow the transaction to be completed.
If required field are not completed it will bring you back to the
previous page with the required field marked in Red.
